The  Board Members of the Bartimaeus House Jail, Prison and Crisis  Transitional Housing are pleased to invite you to our 11th Annual  Stewardship Banquet.  

The  Mission Statement: Bartimaeus House exists under the authority of  Virginia Beach United Methodist Church to provide a safe, biblically  sound environment for men coming from jails, prisons, addiction  treatment facilities or crisis situations, where they can receive  biblical teaching and fellowship within the context of a local church.

There  is no charge for the banquet; however, there will be an opportunity to  contribute to help meet our banquet goal of $15,000.  Reservations are  required using the cut off form below.  Seating is limited to the first  100 people who register.  Reservations must be received no later than  Tuesday, October 13th by email to Bartimaeus.House1@gmail.com or mailed to Dr. Ed Whealton, 1543 Bordeaux Place, Norfolk, VA 23509.

You  are encouraged to become a Ministry Partner in this ministry.  Those  who make a one-time contribution in one of the following categories  prior to the banquet as a result of this appeal will be recognized in  the Banquet Program.  Donations may be made out to “Grace Covenant  Church” add “Bartimaeus House” in the lower left corner of the check and  return to Dr. Whealton.  Thank you for your generous gift.
